Database Cleansing
Your data is in a constant state of change from various factors that include annual moves and address changes:
• 45 million plus residential moves annually
• 5 million plus business moves annually
• 32 million plus USPS address changes annually
Don't waste valuable revenues on lost customers and undeliverable mail.
To make sure your list is up to date and as clean as possible, review the database cleansing tools below by clicking on each topic:
NCOALink™
The NCOALink™ System makes available the current change of address information that can help reduce your undeliverable mail. Addressing errors are identified and corrected before mail enters the mailstream. Mailers use NCOALink™ to save thousands of dollars that would have been spent on wasted materials and postage. In addition, valuable customer names that would have been lost have been updated to receive current and future mailings.
MERGE PURGE
Providing high quality duplicate identification based on well-defined address data elements. Our merge purge process uses the advantages of our data address hygiene and data standardization products to identify duplicates within your mailing. Some of our search filters are listed below:
• One mailpiece per address
• One mailpiece per person at an address
• One mailpiece per company
• One mailpiece per contact at a company
PHONE APPEND/VERIFICATION
When you upload your file to us we will match your input records based on Name and Address criteria, to comprehensive Consumer files and provide back, in the output file a current telephone number. Telephone append includes updated area codes on matched records. We will also append a code field telling you which DNC database the client is currently listed in. Please be aware, however, that you will be required to supply a Subscriber Authorization Number (SAN) from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and a signed Authorization Form.
The SAN is available by registering at:
http://www.telemarketing.donotcall.gov/.
The Authorization form is available at:
http://www.listcleanup.com/content/DNCform.pdf.
If your organization is exempt from the DNC regulations, you will need to sign and fax a waiver form to us. The waiver form is available at: http://www.listcleanup.com/content/DNCWAIVER.pdf.
You or the owner of the data should ensure that your telemarketing efforts conform to all Federal and State DNC legislation.
REVERSE PHONE APPEND
Identify your customers and add their names and addresses to your marketing list of phone numbers. By appending consumer addresses you can now follow up with a direct mail message to your list of customer phone numbers.
DATA APPENDING
With over 500 demographics and lifestyle elements available for append, you can understand the household income, age, education levels, presence of children and lifestyle characteristics of your customers. Appending demographics, behavioral and mortgage information gives you the clearest picture of who your customers really are and allows you to market to them the proper way.
DSF2/ WALK SEQUENCING
Use DSF2 to check address accuracy, identify address types, and obtain walk sequence numbers. DSF2 processing also identifies business versus residential addresses, which you can use to obtain the best parcel shipping rates. In addition, DSF2 provides walk sequence codes, which allows ordering of mail pieces in the exact order the mail carrier travels. These codes can be used to qualify for the U.S. Postal Service's Enhanced Carrier Route (ECR) Basic, High Density, or Saturation postal discounts.
GENERAL FILE SUPPRESSION
We can take your customer file and upload it into our system, allowing an internal map to remove any of your customers from future mailing lists purchased from us. We can also suppress previous orders so that you are receiving current and unique records each time you order.
PRINTOUTS & LABELS
We can conveniently provide your list to you in a hard copy printout form. We have several templates available to choose from to fit your needs. We also can print your list on peel and stick labels or send to you in label format.
